Yu Shu Xin, aka Esther Yu, is a Chinese singer and actress managed by Huace Film & TV. She grew up in Shanghai and graduated from LASALLE College of Arts in Singapore with a degree in Fashion Media and Industries.
She made her acting debut in the 2016 television drama “Border Town Prodigal.”
She ranked 2nd in the variety program "Youth With You 2", debuting as a member of the Chinese girl group THE9.
She was nominated for The Golden Eagle Award and was listed in the 2020 Forbes China under 30 list.
She won the title of 'Scream Goddess's in 2022 iQIYI Scream Night and ' Breakthrough actress of the year' award in Weibo Night,2023.
She has also gained recognition for her roles in the hit television series Find Yourself (2020), Moonlight (2021) and Love Between Fairy and Devil (2022).
She has contributed OSTs in many of her own dramas.
